The times that matter
- Lounge opening: 09:00 every day.
- First registrations: completed by 23:00, after an agreed arrival.
- Returning-member last entry: 00:30.
- Lounge closing: 01:00; please be ready to leave by then.
These are the regular arrangements. A holiday or exceptional closure can change them. Contact reception for confirmation of a particular date, especially if you are planning a journey close to a cutoff.
Which day is 01:00?
Friday's session starts at 09:00 on Friday and ends at 01:00 on Saturday morning. At 00:15 on Saturday, you are still in the late part of Friday's session. The next opening is Saturday at 09:00. All times are local Barcelona time.
A first visit in the evening
The lounge remaining open does not mean registration remains available. New applicants should have a reply from the team and leave around 15 minutes for their reception visit before the registration cutoff. If travel is delayed, message the team to rearrange rather than assuming the time can be extended.
The main room usually becomes more conversational after work. Arriving earlier gives you time to ask questions and find a suitable seat; late entry is not an invitation to stay past closing.
Leaving quietly
Gather your belongings before closing and arrange your next journey without waiting in a group outside. The street includes residential entrances, and voices travel farther when traffic eases. Staff can point you towards the exit while keeping circulation clear.
