At a glance
- Separate lounge hours from first-registration and last-entry times.
- Read after-midnight closing against the correct calendar day.
- Use the venue's direct reply for a date-specific arrival arrangement.
- Treat an opening indicator as a schedule, not proof that registration is available.

Three questions instead of one
Ask when the space opens, when reception can complete a new registration and when the final returning member may enter. These need not be the same window. A venue may remain open for people already inside while reception finishes its admission work.
There is no multi-club timetable in this guide. An association's own arrangements can differ from another's, and this website cannot confirm their current schedules. Seek a direct answer from the organisation you plan to visit.
Élevé's labelled example
Élevé's regular lounge hours are 09:00–01:00. First registration finishes at 23:00 and returning-member last entry is 00:30. The practical late-hours page is the source for those times and explains the midnight boundary with a worked example.
The difference matters most on a first evening visit. A long lounge window is not a guarantee that an unarranged application can be reviewed near closing. Confirm reception availability before making the journey.
Compare information sources carefully
A directory, an old screenshot and a current club reply may describe different dates or different kinds of hours. Check the full venue address as well as the name, then ask whether the displayed schedule includes public holidays and first registrations.
Automated open-status labels generally reflect a timetable. They cannot tell you that your application was accepted, that a seat is available or that an exceptional change has been recorded. Keep those questions separate when planning.
Allow for the whole journey
An arrival estimate should include the walk from the station exit, crossings and reception time. If the margin before a cutoff is only a few minutes, contact the team to rearrange. A closing time is the end of the visit, not the time to begin it.
For date-specific exceptions and holiday travel, read Sundays and public holidays. For the reception sequence, use your first visit.
