Know when your period begins
The period begins when registration is accepted and completed at reception, not when you send an enquiry. Ask staff to confirm the start and expiry dates before you leave. Keep that information with your own visit records so a later trip does not depend on memory.
Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to a friend or used as a group pass. It concerns participation in the club under its conditions; it does not reserve a particular seat, a private room or access for companions.
Returning during the year
Have your original ID available when visiting. Staff may check it against your membership record. If your name, document or preferred contact details have changed, tell reception so the information can be reviewed rather than submitting a new application under a different version of your name.
If you lose the membership details issued at registration, contact the team before your next visit. Reception can explain how to locate your record and confirm your identity in person. Do not borrow someone else's credentials as a temporary substitute.
Renewal and expiry
Approach reception before expiry if you expect to keep visiting. Staff review your current details, explain the conditions and confirm the applicable renewal fee as €20 before you decide. Renewal is not an automatic charge, and it remains subject to the club's review.
If you return after a gap and the period has expired, arrange renewal before entering the lounge. Time away does not automatically pause or extend the membership period. Ask about your own dates rather than assuming that a previous visit keeps membership active indefinitely.
Questions or ending your participation
Raise a membership question with reception using your own name and contact details. If you no longer wish to participate, ask the team about the process under the conditions you agreed to. This guide does not create a refund promise or add terms to that agreement.
