Cannabis club Barcelona requirements

Cannabis club Barcelona requirements are best checked with the association you plan to contact. This checklist describes Élevé's application and identity requirements, including the document questions most likely to interrupt an arrival.

At a glance

  • Minimum age at Élevé: 18.
  • Bring an original, valid passport or national ID card.
  • Each applicant must attend and complete their own checks.
  • A NIE number, residence card, driving licence or phone image does not replace the accepted ID here.

Check the original before travelling

Make sure the document is in date, readable and physically with you. The name should match your enquiry. If you used a nickname or made a typing mistake, correct it with the team before arrival.

A valid national ID card means the official national identity document, not a student, employer or local membership card. If your country does not issue one, use your passport. Ask reception in advance if you are uncertain about the type of card you hold.

NIE and TIE questions

A NIE number is not itself the original passport or national ID card requested by Élevé. Likewise, under our identity-check policy, a TIE can support a discussion of residence but does not replace the accepted original. Bring your passport alongside residence paperwork if your situation needs explaining.

This describes a club procedure, not the legal validity of those documents for other purposes. The resident guide covers language preferences, longer stays and changes of contact details.

Sponsors and individual circumstances

No existing-member sponsor is required to enquire at Élevé. Residents and short-stay visitors can explain their circumstances directly. The team reviews each enquiry individually; do not substitute a friend's details or assume the whole group has been accepted because one person received a reply.

Read the actual membership conditions before agreeing to any statement. Ask staff to explain unfamiliar wording rather than signing a declaration you have not understood. No applicant should make up personal information to fit an assumed requirement.

If a requirement cannot be met

An expired passport, missing original or age mismatch stops the registration checks. Contact reception to clarify what is needed and arrange another date where appropriate. A photocopy, student card, driving licence or photograph on a phone does not solve the original-ID requirement.

Do not upload identity scans to the website enquiry form. Follow the joining instructions for the process and the first-arrival guide for what to expect at reception.
